The composite authors of the ideology of Russian education have prepared a report devoted to the past, the present, and the future of Russian education. The report lists factors that destroy Russian education, presents a strategy of leading Russian education out of crisis, and introduces a model for future education in Russia. According to the authors of the report, it is directly related to the issue of national security. The report is prepared by the International Advisory Council on Spiritual and Moral Security of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies. Our journal has already published V.I. Slobodchikov’s talking points on the deterioration of education, which constitute a part of the report. This paper presents another part of the report which focuses on a strategy of leading Russian education out of crisis.
